I give my dog extra vitamins because she is sickly. Your old capsule formula was great! This new formula with corn sugar /maltodextrin and starch is not a healthy choice.

If you break open the capsules, you can sprinkle the powder into food or treats. Canine Basic Nutrients by PetDomain is a complete multi vitamin. The best!!!

Canine Basic Nutrients
I used this item years ago when it was recommended by my holistic veterinarian in Reno, NV. I stopped using this item and switched to Nupro. Lately, I have been concerned that one of my dogs might have a reaction to the yeast in Nupro, as he has allergies. I was searching for a vitamin supplement and remembered Canine Basic Nutrients that I used in the past. I am now using Canine Basic Nutrients for my three Cocker Spaniels with great success.

Blood Work – Perfect!
When I had a senior panel of blood work done for my 8 year old dog pre-surgery – I was told that there were a couple values that were below ideal. I was told that I should put him on a multi-vitamin – but to do my due diligence. Which I did. I have had him on these for two months – and today we did follow-up blood work – and ALL his values were PERFECT! Thank you! We are staying with these vitamins – (and our vet said the same thing – just keep doing what you are doing!)
